Well what I am saying is that in cities like Mumbai we can not depend only on police force to avoid blasts! We have to accept the reality and we should do something!! There is no code,no standard procedure and no national civil code of conduct and we do not know what is to be done! There must be some civil code of conduct which will decide on the priority of life ! Something like women and children first young men latter old people last....
Something of this sort. People in cities like Mumbai or Pune must know that they have a responsibility during times of crisis!
If there are any organisations working out in this sector please inform...there must be civil drills along with police drills.....in schools and institutes....
Teachers must also know what is to be done...starting from school children to teenagers!!

We need to start a network which will work on these issues and it should be a civil network to help people...there are issues like post attack operations...so where are the preattack and post attack stratergies?
What should we do? Just die and forget about it? I say no!
